Description
The house is part of a beautiful characteristic mansion. Through the front door on the street side you enter the hall where the wide comfortable cast iron spiral staircase connects all floors. The living room and kitchen are on this floor.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings, a bathroom and the second terrace.
The second floor consists of a room located in the tower with windows on all sides and a beautiful view of the bell tower.
The approximately 100 mq floor that opens onto the garden has been partly restored and has a kitchen and wine cellar. The other areas need renovation and are perfect to create more living space and/or an independent apartment.

Outside
