Collebaldo town house is a sweet fully restored semi detached house sited in pittoresque hamlet of Collebaldo in the Umbrian council of Piegaro, province of Perugia, region of Umbria in central Italy.

Description

It consists of  a ground floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a utility room. On the first floor you find a kitchen, a lounge room and a studio with bathroom ensuite. Although it is a three hundred years old stone house it offers all mod cons such as satellite tv, wifi internet, kitchen appliances, airconditioning on the first floor, fans on ground floor. In the winter you can enjoy the wonderful fireplace and gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. The ground and first floor are comunicating by means of a formal stone outdoor staircase and indoor spiral staircase.

Outdoors

The property boasts a pretty courtyard featuring a ancient olive tree below which you can read or enjoy your meal at an outdoor six seat table. Beside this courtyard you can also enjoy the lovely private terraced garden of 3500 sqm with some 30 olive trees and fruit trees like fig, kaki and apple.

Surroundings

From the house you can behold the medieval village of Castiglion Fosco with its 1200 belltower, Castiglion Fosco has a bar, minimarket, chemist and a petrol station. All of this only a 5 minute walk away. For carless people public transport is available linking you to 5 minute away town Tavernelle with all services and and 20 minute away capital of Umbria Perugia which has an international airport.

Rome and Florence are only one and a half houraway either by car or train.
